had training just now...
from 12-4...
so tired lah...
although i woke up at 11am..
but then i think i am still not very used to the training...
cos i think last month holiday working...
then neglected my badminton training...
then now like whole body so stiff...
then arm now super pain lah...
i think cos thursday first training since school starts...
then anyhow hit the shuttle...
then sort of over-stretched my arm muscle =(
after training went to eat with rene and mike...
cos today jas and jackson no come training...
jas = stomach cramp (even she dunno why)
jackson = leg muscle over-stretched (think soooo... -_-''' )
then got two courts...
at first very little people came lor...
then around one hour later at 1pm...
got 4 more people come...
at least nvr waste the booking of courts mah...

omg!
now then i remember i haven do my reflection journal for ytd de module...
sian lah!...
everyday write journal till wanna puke le... o.O
then tmr going running with jas...
then eating breakfast also...
hope everything runs as plan lor...

and i thought it was very fun for today's problem...
i've learnt a lot of things...
now i know how to use HTML to create my own frontpage...
and i also know how to edit and create blog codes as they are similar... :)
i've been playing with the codes in my blog template and friendster account from the time i reach home...
i am starting to love this module...
things are getting complicating and challenging...
but i know i am interested...
i just hope i will do well in the Understanding Test...
because i am going to do my best...
